Our Policy on Returns:
All of us at Annex Defense value your satisfaction. Should your purchase not meet your expectations, we offer a return policy for all new, unused products within 15 days of purchase, with a deduction for return handling fees. These fees amount to $10 for orders totaling less than $500 and $25 for orders exceeding $500. For optics, wholesale & large or custom orders, returns require special consideration at our discretion.
For customers who have purchased a rifle scope, please refrain from mounting them before attempting a return, as any evidence of mounting will incur a minimum restocking fee of 20% upon inspection.
Your satisfaction remains our priority, and we encourage you to reach out if the purchased item fails to meet your expectations or requirements.
When initiating a return, ensure all original packaging is intact and return it in a suitable shipping box, preferably the one provided with the original shipment. Failure to include original materials or returning items with damaged factory packaging due to improper packing may affect eligibility for a refund.
All discrepancies in shipping (damaged, missing, or incorrect items) must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the package.
